He was one of the first windsurfers travelling to Cape Verde and very soon he realized that this country had excellent conditions to practice watersports and he promoted this destination for windsurf. His first station was in Sal island in the year of 1986. In 2000 the Boa Vista station has received a new member, French guy called Jean Marie Vincent that made a new building with restaurant, bar and apartments for guests. Also the dimensions of the station increased with the goal to provide better service.
António Galvão ( CV21) is a windsurf rider with lots of experience in the watersports joined this project in 2015, continuing the work of François Guy, modernized operating system, added new activities to the club with equipment up to date, ensuring an excellent quality service in Boavista Island.

The station is equipped with high performance gear and always updated in all sports and levels. We work together with Gaastra and Tabou and our instructors are very qualified that provide very good service. We have for you lessons, rentals, storage, rescue and trips around the island to great spots most of them very wild and pure excellent for windsurf, kite surf, Sup and surf.
Our instructors are very good with lots of experience at all levels and we teach in several languages.
The spot in front of the station its excellent for watersports in any level and the small island in front provides a good protection from Northwest and North swells coming from the Atlantic where you can have flat water and waves at the same spot.
